The maintenance period for our products is defined as follows *The maintenance period and product warranty period are different.
From the date of shipment to the end of the maintenance period
The maintenance period is 5 years from product shipment, 6~10 years is the maintenance termination management period, and thereafter the maintenance will be terminated.
Maintenance period
Both repair and calibration are available. In principle, 5 years from the date of shipment.
Management period
Both repair and calibration are available.Repairs are subject to the availability of parts. In principle, the period is from 6 to 10 years.
Terminated
Repair and calibration are available under certain conditions. For repair, please contact us. Calibration is subject to the condition that repair is not required.
