electrical problems.\r\nIn order to prevent contamination, it is first necessary to thoroughly implement 5S.\r\n\r\nForeign matter can get into unexpectedly. \r\nSome are so small and fine that they are invisible to the eye.\r\nTool maintenance is also important.\r\nWires attached to cable strippers may get in during processing.\r\nAppropriate brightness in the work area makes it easier to notice foreign matters.\r\n\r\nIt is also important to understand in which processes foreign matters are generated, and to consider when to reduce their generation and when to clean up.\r\n\r\nAssuming that foreign matters get into, testing is necessary to prevent outflow.\r\nImage inspection is a direct test for detecting foreign matters.\r\nHowever, its introduction is costly.\r\nIt is currently harness testing.\r\nForeign matter contamination can be detected by dielectric withstand testing.\r\nThe harness tester can automatically perform the testing after the wiring testing, so the implementation is smooth.\r\n\r\nDielectric withstand testing detects discharge phenomenon in different conductors.\r\nIf foreign matter get into, discharge will occur through the foreign matter to a different conductor, resulting in an error.\r\n\r\nIf the withstand voltage failure is caused by foreign matter, blow air to remove the foreign matter and conduct the test again.\r\n\r\nForeign matter contamination can occur in the test adapters as well.\r\nIn many cases, connectors on circuit boards are installed facing upward, and foreign matters tend to accumulate between the
